Aaron Judge has been a phenom since joining the Major Leagues making his presence felt from day one. Right now he is sitting at the elusive 299 home runs mark and could become the fastest player to reach 300 home runs.
There are 161 players in the history of the MLB who have reached 300 home runs in their career. It is the true mark of a great long ball hitter, and we all know chicks dig the long ball.
Babe Ruth was the first person to reach this club way back in 1925. Ruth, ended his career with a hefty 714 home runs in his career.
Judge is trying to beat Ralph Kiner. Who at the moment holds the record for fewest games to reach 300 home runs. Kiner who did the feat in 1,087 games finished his career with 369.
Aaron Judge this season on his Quest to 300 Home Runs
Aaron Judge has played in 952 games to date which gives him about 130 something games to beat that whole fastest player to 300 record. I say consider it done.
Judge has 42 home runs already on the season and looking to close things out strong. Just two seasons ago when he reach and passed the elusive 62 home runs in a season he had 46 home runs through this point of the season.
The Yankees will take on the lowly Chicago White Sox for the next three days, my guess is he will have the record and some when they leave Chicago.
