Week 1 and Week 2 were completely opposites in the total grand scheme of things. Then there is Week 3, which feels like another chalky week, as Week 2 was. Here are my 10 NFL Bets for Week 3.

Every week props take longer and longer to post. So let’s focus on sides and totals for now.

8 NFL Bets for Week 3: Sides

Thursday Night Football is a huge number for the home team to cover in Buffalo. However that locker room for Miami is hotter than a jalapeno on the fourth of July, ready to explode! I will lay the points with the Bills, I have them rolling and covering even with a garbage time touchdown from the Dolphins. 31-17 final.

The NFC South is one thing, mediocre. However, the Falcons might actually be above average, especially on defense. This is a huge number for an NFC South game, yet I will lay it with the Falcons because of that defense. Give me Atlanta winning 24-17.

Speaking of defenses, Green Bay has a chance to have one of the best defenses ever this season and I think they know it. Look for the Packers to completely shut down the Browns this weekend, covering the touchdown and a hook easily. Final score after a few field goals, 27-9.

The Rams are legit this season, the Rams always play the Eagles well. The Rams this, the Rams that, give me the Eagles beating them with a baseball bat. Eagles will control the pace and slowly and methodically win and cover this game. Eagles 26-20.

NFL Sides Week 3

I will fade the Colts until I am either broke and homeless, or rich and dandy. The Titans are an ugly team to back, however, I am going to go out on a limb and say what the Colts are doing is fraud alert. Give me Cam Ward having a coming out party at home this weekend. Titans get the back door cover, 20-19.

The Broncos fell victim to the Colts last weekend due to a penalty on the last play of the game. Everything that I think the Broncos are, I think the Chargers are, except I think the Chargers are a little better at it. These 2.5 point spreads always feel fishy to me, yet give me the Chargers taking care of business this weekend, 23-15.

That leaves Sunday and Monday night football. I am going hammer time like it’s 1988 on the Chiefs to cover the number against the New York Football Giants. Love Kelce to score in that one as well.

Then I will take the dogs barking or should I say roaring on Monday Night, I like the Lions to win out right, will take the points with them easily.

Buffalo Bills -11.5
Atlanta Falcons -5.5
Green Bay Packers -7.5
Philadelphia Eagles -3.5
Tennessee Titans +4.5
Los Angeles Chargers -2.5
Kansas City Chiefs -5.5
Detroit Lions +5.5

Favorite Totals Week 3

There are only two totals I am playing this weekend, both overs, both terrifying. One of them is a team with a beat up quarterback against a team that scored 9 points Monday Night. The other is a total the entire betting world seems to like, what could go wrong huh?

The Raiders just got completely shut down by a defense that is in the top 5 in my opinion, the Chargers. I’m betting that against the Commanders they get loose. Washington gets loose as well after struggling to find offense in the first two weeks. I know there is no such thing as “due” in sports, yet this feels like a spot for it.

Dallas coming off of the shootout with the Giants. Bears just gave up 52 to the Lions. The entire world will be on this over, and so will I. Simply put, let’s roll the dice and have some fun boys, go run that dam score up in Chicago.

Las Vegas v Washington OVER 44.5
Dallas v Chicago OVER 50.5

Please take all of these wagers at your own risk. Please gamble responsibly.

And remember parlays are for losers.

See you guys here next week, same day, same time!
