The Pittsburgh Steelers are signing kicker Chris Boswell to a four-year, $28-million extension, his agency told Adam Schefter.
Boswell’s now average annual salary of $7 million ties him with Brandon Aubrey of the Dallas Cowboys as the highest-paid kickers in NFL history. Aubrey signed his record-setting extension in late April of this offseason.
The extension now locks Chris Boswell up through the 2030 season. He was originally playing on a four-year, $20-million deal that he signed in August of 2022.
The 35-year-old has been with Pittsburgh since 2015. Since then, he has earned a first-team All-Pro nomination in 2024 and has made two AFC Pro Bowl rosters.
Boswell made 27 of 32 field goals in 2025.
