Its Week 8 in the NFL There are some big spreads, but you know we will see some crazy games. Here are my plays for the Week 8 Slate.

Straights
Colts moneyline (+112)
I see the Colts bouncing back from a loss last week. They could have (and maybe should have) beat the Browns if not for some late penalties. This Colts team continues to improve each week, and Jonathan Taylor looks more and more improved each week. The Saints seem messy on offense, and I do not trust them at all. Their defense is good, but the offense has some real issues. Give me the Colts to win this game in Week 8.
Texans -3.5 (-110)
The Panthers have not been too good to start the year. Meanwhile, the Texans have shown promise in year one of their rebuild. Panthers are coming off a bye, and do have a new play caller on offense. However, I like the Texans coaching so far this season over the Panthers. This is also the battle of the number 1 and 2 overall pick in this last NFL draft. I will be taking DeMeco Ryan’s, CJ Stroud, and the Texans to win in this matchup.
Jets -3 (-110)
In this battle of New York, both teams came off big wins. The Jets have had a bye in between, and got some of their defenders back. Daniels Jones should be out again, so it will be Tyrod Taylor starting for the Giants. Give me the Jets to come on top in this defensive battle.
Chiefs -7 (-110)
Patrick Mahomes has never lost to the Broncos, and I think that continues here. The Broncos do look a little improved, but they also seem to be sellers at the deadline. It feels as if Sean Payton will spend time trying to get his guys in the building this year and off-season. Chiefs also look like themselves again, and have been covering. Give me the Chiefs to win by more that a touchdown.

Christian McCaffrey anytime TD (-185)
Christian McCaffrey has been a scoring machine so far this season. McCaffrey has scored in every game so far the season, and I look for him to do it again. He has scored in 16 straight games. The odds are heavily juiced, but it’s under -200 so I will take it.
Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day
This Week 8 nasty boy looks to get us back to the winning ways, but we stay nasty. I got all anytime touchdown scorers. I was able to get odds of +2864 boosted to +3724 with a 30% boost:

- Rashee Rice anytime TD (+195)
- Cooper Kupp anytime TD (+150)
