College was good to me Saturday while Sunday the NFL was an average day at the office. The Seahawks will take on the Giants in Monday Night Football for the last game of the Week 4 slate.

Check out the latest episode of the JCPod for my full breakdowns. All odds are from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Straights

Seahawks moneyline (-125)

The Seahawks have had an interesting start to the year. After a big loss to the Rams in week one, the Seahawks have put back to back wins on the board. The offense has come to life in the last two games as well for Seattle. As for the Giants, they also have started the year off weird. After getting demolished by the Cowboys in week1, it took a huge second half comeback to beat the Cardinals. Week 3 saw them lose 30-12 to a very good San Francisco 49ers team.

When it comes to this game, I feel as if it is kind of hard to evaluate either side so far.The Giants have played 2 quality opponents in the Cowboys and 49ers, while the Seahawks have two good wins against the Lions and Panthers. I will be taking the Seahawks on the moneyline for this game. I have seen more good from Seattle than I have from the Giants so far. The Giants are looking to get the ship back on track, and the Seahawks are looking to get three wins in a row. Give me Seattle to get a victory on Monday Night Football.

Props

DK Metcalf anytime TD (+125)

DK is having a good start to the year. He leads the team in receptions and receiving yards. Tyler Lockett has two receiving touchdowns to DKs one, however. I like for Metcalf to score in this game, as the Giants still have young corners getting their footing in the NFL.

Daniel Jones over 35.5 rush yards (-113)

Last week, the 49ers had Jones bottled up. He had two rushes for five yards, and that did not feel like a normal Daniel Jones game at all. With Saquon Barkley most likely not playing, I think the Giants will emphasize using Jones on the ground more. Due to this, I will be taking his rushing over.

Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day

We have now got two college nasty boy wins before we even got one NFL. I’m not the biggest fan of the props in this game, so this one was rather hard to make compared to others. The odds are the lowest I think I have given out on this series to date. The nasty boy this week has odds of +571, +857 with a 50% boost:

  • Seahawks +3.5 alt spread (-220)
  • Giants-Seahawks over 44.5 (-162)
  • Darren Waller over 49.5 rec yards (-113)
  • DK Metcalf over 65.5 (-113)

Let’s have a DAY! PLEASE GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY
