NFL Week 16 is upon us. The slate might not be the greatest this week (especially Sunday), but there could be some sneaky good game still.

Here are my plays for the NFL Week 16 slate.

Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod and Captain By A Hook for my full breakdowns and analysis. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Saturday

Chiefs -3 (-115)

With Mahomes playing, there is no question as to what side I am going to. With this being a Chiefs game, this most likely will be a close game throughout. I’ll look for the Chiefs to be able to win by a field goal.

Saturday props/touchdown scorers

Xavier Worthy over 3.5 receptions & over 39.5 recieving yards

DeAndre Hopkins over 3.5 receptions & over 37.5 receiving yards

Patrick Mahomes over 1.5 pass touchdowns

Lamar Jackson over 49.5 rush yards

Derrick Henry over 81.5 rush yards

Zay Flowers over 60.5 receiving yards

Derrick Henry anytime touchdown

Najee Harris anytime touchdown

Isiah Pacheco anytime touchdown

Joe Mixon anytime touchdown

Sunday

Straights

Vikings -3 (-102)

With the Vikings fighting for a one seed and with how good of football they have been playing lately I feel as if I trust them more than the Seahawks. The Seahawks have been playing decent football, but the records kind of tell the tales of these two teams. With Metcalf not being the same since his injury and the injury issues at running back for the Seahawks, I will be taking the Vikings to win by at least a field goal.

Lions -6.5 (-110)

With all the issues that the Bears are having right now, there’s just no way I can take them. Along with that, -6.5 points feels way too low. While the Bears might have moments, I like for the Lions to win this by 10+ points.

Bills -14 (-110)

I just feel as if the Bills should blow out the Patriots in this game. I wouldn’t be shocked as this game ended up being around a 38 to 13 type of score.

49ers money line (+100)

I love the odds that we are getting here for the 49ers. With how inconsistent the Dolphins are with good teams, I feel as if this number should be a bit higher. I also just don’t know what version of this Dolphins team will show up, so I will trust in Brock Purdy.

Jaguars money line (+106)

The Raiders have a chance to get the number one pick in the NFL Draft. Due to that and the fact that the Jaguars are plus money, we will be taking them on the money line.

Buccaneers -3.5 (-110)

After what the Buccaneers did against the Chargers last game, I’m expecting something similar against the Cowboys. While they may not put up 40 points, I do look for the Buccaneers score around 28 to 30 points. That should be more than enough to cover -3.5 over the Cowboys.

Props

Tim Patrick over 2.5 receptions (-125)

Tim Patrick has hit this number over in four of his last five. With the loss of David Montgomery for the meantime, I expect a few more touches for Patrick and Sam Laporta.

Davante Adams over 73.5 receiving yards (-113) & over 6.5 receptions (+108)

The Rodgers to Adams connection seems to be back on track. Due to that, I will be beating the hot streak.

Garrett Wilson over 60.5 receiving yards (-113)

Wilson also has had a really good season. I expect him to be involved heavily in the passing game as well as Davante Adams.

De’Von Achane over 5.5 receptions (+102)

Achane has hit over this number for three games in a row, putting him on a NBA Jam.

Mike Evans over 80.5 receiving yards (-113) & over 5.5 receptions (-132)

Evans is really close to not only 1000 receiving yards in the season, but also that and 18 receptions away from closing in on a three million dollar bonus. I expect Evans to recieving a lot of targets.

Anytime touchdown scorers

Jahmyr Gibbs (-300) & 2x (+185)

Mike Evans -110

Chase Brown -160

Ja’Marr Chase -155

James Conner -195

Chuba Hubbard -160S

Saquon Barkley -170

Jalen Hurts -160

Bijan Robinson -230

Anthony Richardson +105

Tony Pollard +135

Kyren Williams -160

George Kittle +150

Brian Thomas Jr +175

Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day

I was able to get odds of +1325:
