This is the final bye week of the season for teams, and we even have some division matchups. This should be a fun NFL Week 14 of games as we get ever so closer to the playoffs.

Here are my plays for the NFL Week 14 slate of games.

Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod and Thursdays episode of Captain By A Hook for my full breakdowns and analysis. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Straights

Steelers -6.5 (-115)

The Cleveland Browns have not won in Pittsburgh since October 2003. This means they have lost 20 straight games in Pittsburgh. Cleveland also won last time out, and I do not see the Steelers going 0-2 in the series this season.

Eagles -13.5 (-110)

While the Panthers have been playing so much better these past few weeks, the Eagles have been on another level. This game may be close at first, but I expect the Eagles to gain the lead and pull away as the game goes on. Expect another big game out of Saquon Barkley

Seahawks money line (+132)

The Cardinals are a hard team to figure out. One week they play amazing and look great, the next they struggle to put anything together on offense. With the way the NFC West is looking, this game could decide the division. The Seahawks have been playing better lately, so I will take them to win this game and also win the division at odds of +145.

Bills -3.5 (-110)

With how great the Bills have been playing, it’s hard to not keep taking them. With how inconsistent the rams have been as well this season, this is a game the Bills have the chance to win by 10+ points.

Bucs -6.5 (-110)

This is just a fade of the Raiders. They played the Chiefs tough last time out, and now travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Bucs. The Bucs have been playing some good football as of late, and look to try and get back on top of the division. The Panthers-Buccaneers games are always close, so I feel as if that last game has made this line a bit lower than it should be.

Bears +4 (-120)

The only reason for this bet is truly because the new coach theory. We have seen the new coach bump with so many teams before, so why not the Bears?

Props

Mike Evans receiving over 73.5 yards (-110)

Mike Evans still has a chance to get 1000 yards on this season. Due to that I expect him to get hyper targeted and the rest of these remaining games.

Jameis Winston over 243.5 pass yards (-113)

Jameis has been throwing the ball all over the yard in their last few games. While the Steelers do have a good defense (maybe even best defense in NFL), this number seems doable for Jameis.

Jonathan Brooks over 18.5 rush yards (-113)

With Brooks getting more touches for two weeks in a row now since his return from injury, this number feels a bit low. If he can get around 7 to 8 carries, this number feels very doable.
