A lot of injuries tonight , but we should have an exciting atmosphere. For Monday Night Football Week Nine, we have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road to take on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Here are my plays for the Monday Night Football Week Nine game.

Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod and last Thursdays episode of Captain By A Hook for my full breakdowns. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Straights

I will admit, I may not have a play tonight. I like the Chiefs, but -9.5 (even with the Bucs injuries) feels like too many points. However, for me it’s Chiefs or bust. I kinda like the over as well, but can’t get myself to take either the over or under as well. We will be on the side of the Chiefs and the -9.5 for tonight, but no official plays for the record.

Props

Kareem Hunt anytime touchdown (-175)

Hunt has scored in three straight games, putting him on an NBA Jam. If the Chiefs get on the goaline, I like his chances to score.

Bucky Irving over 31.5 rush yards (-120) & over 8.5 rush attempts (+110)

I know he is dealing with injury, I just feel as if this total is too low. Assuming that he is healthy enough to go, 33 yards has hit in every game but twice this season. He has had a minimum of nine to carries in every game but one. I like the chances for him to reach this number.

This play comes down to how healthy Bucky Irving is.

Cade Otton over 51.5 (-125) yards and over 6+ receptions (-106)

With both Mike Evans and Chris Godwin out, Otton has been the leading receiver. His last two games he has had 8 receptions for 100 yards and 9 receptions for 81 yards and two touchdowns. I expect him to step down a tad since the Chiefs defense is so good. However, someone needs to catch the ball for the Buccaneers, and I have no idea who else will show up consistently outside of Otton.

Baker Mayfield over 14.5 rush yards (-110)

When Baker rushes over four times, he has hit this number every time but once. With the lack of weapons due to injuries, Bakers legs could be huge in keeping the offense on the field.

Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day

We have been on a bit of a cold stretch, but I can feel the heat coming. Still up huge on the year hitting the halfway point, let’s see how much more bankroll we can get!

I was able to get odds of +1033 boosted to +1343 with a 30% boost:

  • Kareem Hunt anytime touchdown (-175)
  • DeAndre Hopkins over 43.5 receiving yards (-110)
  • DeAndre Hopkins anytime touchdown (+185)
  • Cade Otton over 6+ receptions (-106)

Let’s have a DAY! PLEASE GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY
