Free-agent edge rusher Jaelan Phillips agreed to a four-year, $120-million contract with the Carolina Panthers, sources told Adam Schefter. The deal reportedly includes $80 million in guarantees.
Phillips was one of the top free agents available at his position this offseason after finishing the 2025 season with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Although the 26-year-old had only two sacks in eight games with Philadelphia, he was able to get 41 pressures, according to PFF.
Signing Phillips was the first major offseason move this year for a Panthers team that’s looking to add star power. There is so much upside with this team, especially after making the playoffs with an 8-9 record this past season.
