The Philadelphia Eagles have signed defensive tackle Jordan Davis to a three-year extension, the team announced. The deal is worth $78 million and including $65 million guaranteed.
Jordan Davis was set to earn $12.9 million next season after Philadelphia picked up the fifth-year option on his rookie contract, per Over the Cap. With the new extension, the 26-year-old will now earn an average annual salary of $26 million.
Originally drafted 13th overall by the Eagles in 2022, the 6-foot-6, 336-pound Davis has provided an imposing presence in the middle of the Eagles’ defensive line. The paring of him and Jalen Carter has been a great duo, so it makes sense they kept both of these guys.
Davis posted career highs across the board in 2025, including nine tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks. The big man also sealed Philadelphia’s 33-26 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sept. 21 by blocking a game-winning field-goal attempt and returning the loose football.
Davis getting this contract secures one of the Eagles’ top players in the trenches as they look to strengthen up that unit even more heading into 2026.
