MLB Bets: (09/06/2023)
As awkward as this might be, I am going to bet the same two games I bet yesterday. I am going to bet them both on the run line, and I am going to feel good about it.
There are a few games I could force, either at bad value or just plain old wishing and hoping. You could go Braves some kind of way with Strider on the mound. Maybe you like early games, and want to take the Brewers with Peralta.
Or how about the Mariners with Logan Gilbert getting the start. Verlander and Scherzer are going head to head tonight as well. Everything is set up for a beautiful day of baseball.
First Bet: O’s Again
After the Orioles give up four runs in the last three innings last night, securing a lost for my bet slip, yes, I am going to back them again.
Tonight with Kyle Gibson set off to face Patrick Sandoval, I am kind of daring the Angels to win or make it close again. A feat I think will be difficult to achieve given the confidence I have in this Angels team.
I will be backing the O’s once again on the run line. (Orioles -1.5 +125)
Second Bet: Blue Jays to Repeat Last Night
The Blue Jays absolutely smashed the A’s last night. In a short version of a long story I will bet that they do it again.
Ryu on the mound does sweeten the pot for me, however, I do have high respects for JP Sears and what he has been able to do this season.
Let’s hope that the bats are swinging and the balls are flying tonight for the Blue Jays in Oakland. (Blue Jays -1.5 -102)
