Not all player proposition bets are posted yet, however, we will work with what we have. These are my favorite 11 bets across the NFL for Week 2, from sides, to totals, to the few props I did find listed.

Week 1 was a doozy from the jump with that wild once in a lifetime under hitting in the Cowboys and Eagles game. That is how the cookie crumbles sometimes in life, even when it looks like it’s 100%, the rug can be swiped out from under you at any moment. It felt like Lucy promised not to move the football, and right as you planted your leg to kick it, swoosh, nothing but air.

Anyway, Week 2, let’s rock and roll like Bon Jovi. As the kids say.

3 Player Props

Starting off with Thursday Night Football, we have two high powered offenses and one high powered defense. Even with that I expect this game to be offensively driven.

I am going to double down on a bet I made last week that did not win, because, I am a degenerate gambler. No, honestly I can’t see a Terry McLaurin receiving yards prop listed at under 60 and not take it, right?

Terry McLaurin Over 55.5 Rec Yards

On the other side of the ball, one of my favorite prop bets to bet is a mobile quarterbacks rushing yards, if it is under 7-8 yards. Like a new line cook at a breakfast joint in Winnebago, Minnesota; we are just hoping for one good scramble!

Jordan Love Over 5.5 Rush Yards

Now onto to Sunday where a man who had an amazing first game of his second season in the NFL will look to keep things rolling. And why shouldn’t he? He has the league’s chosen one throwing him the ball week in and week out. I do not think Keon Coleman’s performance last week was a fluke.

Keon Coleman Over 44.5 Rec Yards

NFL BETS WEEK 2

5 Favorite Sides

There are a lot of good teams playing bad ones this week, and I am trying my hardest to stay away from those numbers that are just too good to be true. Such as almost every team this week.

Yet, there are some value in these dogs I think.

The Miami Dolphins looked like maybe the worse team in the league on Sunday and I am willing to find out if that statement is true. New England will learn how to close games better, even though in this one I don’t think they will get the chance. I smell Patriots blowout brewing in Miami. That top is ready to blow down there in Dolphin Nation.

The Bengals got the monkey off of their backs with a Week 1 victory. Yet, it was like my 8th grade prom date, not pretty. I’ll back the dogs this week against them. I feel this game staying close all the way through. Maybe even needing some magic for the Bengals to pull off another win. Jaguars are a team on the rise, so I’ve heard.

The Colts should be bigger dogs than this, flat out, it is that simple. No way in any world that I live in should a Daniel Jones led offense against a defense the caliber of Denver’s have a chance. Yet, the books are telling you there is a chance. I am betting against the Colts, last week that was more Miami than Indy. Broncos only laying 2.5 points, yes please, I’ll take 2! The old fashion double down on it.

These lines are moving as I am typing, these next two rapidly.

In the Super Bowl rematch every one is excited to see on Sunday afternoon, I have gotten bad news for you. This game will stink, the Chiefs will start the season 0-2. The Eagles will win this game like they did the Super Bowl, convincingly. Now I could be wrong, yet, I think we see the Chiefs struggle the next few seasons until they rebuild that second dynasty with Mahomes. Everybody looks old and washed for Kansas City to me, outside of 15.

Minnesota came back against the Bears and won a game maybe they shouldn’t have. And I think they win another game this weekend in that fashion. Yet, backing an Atlanta Falcons team with this much talent feels almost too easy. There are some injury concern for Atlanta, yet, the public and me seem to be in agreement on this one. Atlanta has already moved from +4.5 to +3.5. I will take the points at any number over 3 with the Falcons come Sunday Night.

New England Patriots ML +100
Jacksonville Jaguars +3.5
Denver Broncos -2.5
Philadelphia Eagles ML -110
Atlanta Falcons +3.5

NFL BETS WEEK 2

Favorite Totals Week 2

NFL Week 1 was under city, with only 3 games going over the total. Not sure how that trend will go this season. For Week 2 I have two overs and an under I will have my money on.

Cincinnati and Jacksonville will clash in an underrated good game of the week. I already told you to bet the Jaguars +3.5 and now I am telling you to tail this under as well. This number is just too high according to me, I have this game settling in the 44-46 range.

Now as for the overs go, there are two games catching my eye this weekend. And no, Thursday Night Football isn’t one of them, or is it?

Buffalo and the New York Jets are both coming off of an explosive game from Week 1. No way they can both come out and do it again. On the contrary, I am taking the over in this game. I think we see both teams light it up again, this time facing one another.

The team who Buffalo shocked in Week 1 will come out with an angry vengeance as well. I feel bad for Cleveland, yet, I also think the Browns offense will have something to offer this weekend as well. Give me an old fashion shootout between the Browns and Ravens.

Jacksonville Jaguars v Cincinnati Bengals UNDER 49.5
Buffalo Bills v New York Jets OVER 46.5
Cleveland Browns v Baltimore Ravens OVER 45.5

Please take all of these wagers at your own risk. Please gamble responsibly.

And remember parlays are for losers.

See you guys here next week, same day, same time!
