The Las Vegas Raiders are signing linebacker Germaine Pratt to a one-year, $4.25-million contract. Pratt can earn another $500,000 in playing time incentives, Rapoport reports.
He spent the first six seasons of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals under defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, accumulating 616 total tackles in 96 games. Pratt requested a trade in February and was released earlier this week. Pratt has 32 tackles for loss, seven interceptions, 23 pass deflections, and seven forced fumbles since being drafted in the third round in 2019.
Germaine now joins a linebacker room that features Elandon Roberts, Devin White, and Tommy Eichenberg, the Raiders are looking to bounce back this season, and Pratt feels like a good guy to bring in.
