Monday Night Football Week 7 gives us what should be the last double header of games this season. The first game gives us the Tampa Bay Buccaneers headed up to Detroit to take on the Lions. As for the second game, the Houston Texans head out west to take on the Seattle Seahawks.

Here are my plays for Monday Night Football Week 7.

Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod for my full breakdowns and analysis. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Straights

Buccaneers +6.5 (-115)

I lean the Buccaneers +6.5 points, but I am not 100% sure if I want to take it or not. The Lions are dealing with basically their whole starting defensive back room missing. While the Buccaneers are dealing with injuries as well, Baker Mayfield has proven that he can get it done with all kinds of receivers. If I had to make a pick, I would take the Bucs and the points.

And you know what, I think I just might do it. While they may not win, I think the injuries to the Lions secondary will allow the Bucs to keep this close.

As for the second game, it is just a stay away from me. I lean the Seahawks -3 points at home, but I am a bit afraid of that Texans defense. Another thing that worries me is for whatever reason under Mike Macdonald, Seattle plays so much better on the road than they do at home. If I had to pick, I would go the Seahawks and lay the points.

Props

Sean Tucker over 14.5 rushing yards (-112)

Tucker had six attempts for 20 yards last week. With no Bucky Irving again, Tucker will probably get at least 6 to 8 attempts again this week. If that is the case, I like for him to hit this over.

Jared Goff over 0.5 rushing yards (+102)

I am simply taking this bet because it’s plus money. All we need is for Goff to fall forward or at least get one yard at one point. With how good the pass rush is for the Buccaneers, it feels like there’s a good chance this could happen.

Cade Otton over 35.5 receiving yards (-112)

Case Otton has hit this over in the last two games. With all the injuries that the Buccaneers are dealing with in the receiving room, there’s a good chance they’re gonna need Otton to step up again. He had a long of 23 and 27 yards the last two weeks, so it makes me feel a bit better about this over.

Isaac Teslaa over 9.5 receiving yards (-112)

Teslaa has hit this receiving over in every game this season except for one, and that was the one game he didn’t get a catch. He may only get a few chances, but he has seemed to capitalize on those before.

CJ Stroud l over 17.5 rushing yards (-114)

To my surprise, Strouds hit this number over in every game except for one this season. With how bad the offensive line play has been, CJ Stroud has had to use his legs a lot more this year. Let’s see if that trend continues in this game.

Mike Evans anytime touchdown (+110)

With Mike Evans, coming back from injury, there is a good chance the Buccaneers are going to want to get him featured and back into the flow of things. Due to that and all the injuries the Lions are facing in the defensive back room, I like for Mike Evans to be a featured red zone target tonight.

Rachaad White anytime touchdown (+110)

As for another person I like to get featured in the red zone. There is a really good chance that the Buccaneers use White as a battering ram once they get close to the goal line.

Sam Laporta anytime touchdown (+180)

I won’t lie. For this pick, I just am going gut instinct. There are a couple guys that I like to score for the Lions. So, I am just gonna go with my gut and pick one of them, that person being Laporta

Nico Collins anytime touchdown (+155)

When it comes to touchdown scorers for the Texans, Nico Collins is just really the only one I can trust in this game. There are a good amount of props that I actually like, but the defense on both sides are scaring me away from a lot of them.

Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day

I am pretty mad, as i subbed out Davante Adams for Rico Dowdle in case some people were not up yet. We should have won Sunday, and I take full responsibility for the tinkering. For Monday Night Football Week 7, this Nasty Boy will be two touchdown scorers and two props.

I was able to get odds of +1281:

  • Baker Mayfield over 1.5 pass yards (-164)
  • Mike Evans anytime touchdown (+110)
  • Sam Laporta anytime touchdown (+180)
  • Isaac Teslaa over 9.5 receiving yards (-112)

Let’s have a DAY! PLEASE GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY
