This is the final Monday game in the regular season. The next time we have Monday Night Football, it will be a Wildcard Playoff game. Monday Night Football Week 17 has the Los Angeles Rams are on the road to take on the Atlanta Falcons.

Here are my plays for Monday Night Football in Week 17.

Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod for my full breakdowns and analysis. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Straights

I was originally going to take Rams -7.5 on the spread. However, after the 49ers won last night, I’m curious to see the motivation for the Rams to win and cover in this game. The Rams are now guranteed at best and worse to get a five or six seed, so they could slowly begin to rest players some as the game goes on. To go along with that, I’d rather not bet on Kick Cousins or the Atlanta Falcons.

I still think the Rams will win this game, I am just not too sure of how much they will win it by now.

Props

Kirk Cousins to throw an interception (-160)

With how good this Rams defense is, I think they will be able to find a way to get Cousins to turn over the ball. Cousins has thrown an interception in two of the last three games.

Matt Stafford over 2.5 passing touchdowns (+136)

Stafford has a streak passing touchdown wise of 5-4-4-2-3-2-3-2-3 going back to October 19th. This means this should be a week of only two touchdowns, but I think Stafford will pass for three in this game. My only fear is that the Rams will dumb down their offense and run the ball a lot, mainly because they will be a five or six seed in the Playoffs regardless of the next two weeks.

Blake Corum over 44.5 rush yards (-112) & over 9.5 rush attempts (-128)

I think that Corum will get a good amount of the carries tonight due to the fact that the Rams lost the chance to go for the one seed. Sean McVay has also talked about saving Kyren Williams for the playoffs for a couple weeks now. To go along with that, Corum has gotten more and more work each week as the end of season stretch has gone on.

As for anytime touchdown scorers, I like: Blake Corum (+170), Bijan Robinson (-130), & Kyle Pitts (+210).

Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day

We FINALLY shook off the ice cold streak and got rid of the shutout. Can we make it two in a row?

I was able to get odds of +948 boosted to +1138 with a 20% boost:

  • Blake Corum anytime touchdown (+170)
  • Blake Corum over 50+ rush yards (+120)
  • Matt Stafford over 225+ passing yards (-290)
  • Kyle Pitts over 50+ receiving yards (-125)

Let’s have a DAY! PLEASE GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY!
