College Football Week Five is here, and boy oh boy is this a great slate of football games! We have great games starting Friday night running all the way to Saturday night.
Here are my bets for the College Football Week Five slate.

Straights
Friday
TCU +3 (-110)
Josh Hoover vs Sam Levitt should be a fun quarterback battle. I think TCU has a slightly better defense, and I have been very impressed with what I’ve seen from them so far this season. I am going to side with TCU and the points in this game. This game should damn near be a pick, so I love getting the three points.
Saturday
Indiana -7.5 (-110)
After what I saw last week, there is no way I can go against the Hoosiers here. They truly looked dominant, and this team might be (I think it is) even better than last year’s team. Iowas offense has to score or play some amazing defense, or this has a chance to get ugly.
Georgia Tech -13.5 (-120)
Tech is just way better than Wake Forest this season. If they do not let their foot off the gas until late, this game could be a massive win margin. Tech should have covered last week, but a last second score hurt that. This week, I think they will be able to win by 20+ points again.
Hawaii +6.5 (-105)
I would love if we could get this number at seven or higher. Regardless, I do like for Hawaii to keep this close. The only reason I am taking this bet is because Hawaii has been good to us this year. This team has had a good start to the season, so it would be nice to see the keep this rolling.
One thing I do like in our favor is Air Force’s defense has given up 49 points back to back in the last two games.
Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day
Last season it took us all year to finally get a hit. It would be nice if we could keep that from happening and get one on the board this week. We are going three totals and a spread in this one.
I was able to get odds of +1186 boosted to +1780 with a 50% boost:
- Alabama – Georgia over 53.5 (-110)
- Rice – Navy under 45.5 (-120)
- Utah State +22.5 (-110)
- West Virginia – Utah under 47.5 (-108)
