It is crazy to think that we are already into the College Football Week 10 slate. Next week, we will get our official first look at the College Football Playoff projections. With only a couple of weeks left in the regular season, one loss could ruing any hopes of the CFP for a couple of teams.

Here are my plays for College Football Week 10.

Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod for my full breakdowns and analysis. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Straights

Notre Dame -28.5 (-115)

I like for Notre Dame to win this game big against Boston College. Notre Dame cannot afford any slip ups, and Boston College is a team that’s been struggling a bit this season. This is a really good chance for Notre Dame to win this game big.

Georgia Tech -5.5 (-120)

While I am a bit nervous about Georgia Tech being on the road, I like for them to win this game here by at least a touchdown. They have played really well the last couple weeks, and they will need to do that again if they want to get a win here. I look for Georgia Tech to be able to score a good amount on offense in this game, so that should help them cover.

Hawaii money line (+106)

Hawaii has been good to us all year, so I’m gonna take them here in this spot. I am sort of shocked that they are not favored, as I see them being the better team in this game. The line has moved towards them a lot more as the week has gone on, but I still like that we can get plus money. This could be a close game, but I like Hawaii to pull this out.

Vanderbilt +3.5 (-125)

I am taking Vanderbilt in this one unsure of if Arch Manning is playing. If Arch Manning does end up playing, I think this will be a bit tougher of a game for Vanderbilt. Both these teams really cannot afford another loss if they want to go to the College Football Playoffs, so I at least like for Vandy to keep this within a field goal.

Both of these defensive lines are good and the defenses are good at limiting big plays as well. Due to all of that, this could end up being a low scoring, defensive battle ball game.

Penn State team total under 12.5 points (-114)

The only reason I am taking this play is because only one team has scored double digit points against this Ohio State team this year (that being Illinois). With how smart and diverse of a defense Ohio State is, Penn State could be in trouble all day. The Nittany Lions are also missing their head coach who was fired and a quarterback who is injured for the year.

Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day

For this week’s Nasty Boy, I am going with two sides and two totals.

I was able to get odds of +1303 boosted to +1694 with a 30% boost:

  • Indiana – Maryland over 50.5 (-110)
  • Notre Dame -28.5 (-115)
  • Hawaii money line (+106)
  • Texas – Vanderbilt under 46.5 (-110)

Let’s have a DAY! PLEASE GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY!
