Minnesota Vikings safety Harrison Smith agreed to return to the team for a 14th season with the team, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

Smith is reportedly signing a one year deal worth$10.25-million that can reach $14 million with incentives.

The 36-year-old appeared in 16 regular-season games last year and totalled 87 tackles, 10 passes defended, and three interceptions, all while playing in 95% of the defensive snaps.

Smith has been with the Vikings since they drafted him in the first round of 2012. He’s the franchise leader in tackles (822) and interceptions (37).

The former Notre Dame product has earned six Pro Bowl nominations and one first-team All-Pro nod during his NFL career.
