The Philadelphia Eagles have signed former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown to a one-year deal, the team announced.

The contract is worth up to $6.5 million, sources told Jordan Schultz. The 28-year-old Brown had 49 catches for 587 yards and five touchdowns last season. He’s likely to be the Eagles’ number three wideout behind DeVonta Smith and Makai Lemon, as A.J. Brown has been traded to the Patriots. This should help give the Eagles some depth at that position

Marquise Brown, a former first-round pick in 2019, began his career with the Baltimore Ravens before joining the Arizona Cardinals and then the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Brown has eclipsed 1,000 receiving yards only once in his career, in 2021, when he caught 91 passes for 1,008 yards during his final year with the Ravens.
