Caden Pierce a 6’7 sophomore at the university of Princeton has been dominating on the basketball court this season. The Tigers are 2-0 so far this season and after a monster game Friday night, Pierce is averaging 17 points and 15 rebounds on the season.
Princeton has a number of players that can score the ball. Allocco, Peters, and Lee all scored double digits in Friday’s win over Hofstra Pride.
What impresses me is at the size of only 6’7, averaging 15 rebounds a game. Which is how many rebounds he grabbed Friday. Along with his 15 rebounds, Pierce scored 26 points on 50% shooting from the field.
Caden Pierce, Rebounding Machine.
Pierce grabbed 15 out of the 33 total rebounds for Princeton Friday. While that is almost half of the boards for his team, it was actually half of the rebounds that the entire team got on the other side.
Princeton took care of business, pushing to 2-0 behind a monster performance from Caden Pierce.
Maybe this is the year a cinderella comes from the Ivy league.
College basketball is back, and this is what it is all about.
