It is no secret that the success of the Tar Heels is on Bacot’s shoulders. He is the engine in the paint that steadily pushes the team forward.
In his illustrious career at UNC, he has done three things at a high level. Score, Rebound, and Win.

On Monday night in the win over Radford. Bacot produced a monster double-double of 25 points and 13 rebounds.
Leading the Tar Heels to victory, who shot 52% as a team from the floor. This is only one game in, yet the expectations are high in Raleigh.

This season is set to be a special one in many aspects around the sport of college basketball. One of the most storied programs in that sport is North Carolina.
Decades of superstars coming through to wear the powder blue and white. Too many to even start naming. The torch being passed every 4 years to the next class to carry, with each passing bearing more weight.
When this season is done, that torch will be passed again. This time with another mythical legend’s name, awards, and attributes added to it.
North Carolina will ride Armando Bacot this season in the paint, where he will be doing what he does best. Scoring, Rebounding, and Winning.
