Been a good week so far, and today feels like a good one already. I have nine games that I like, four of them I love. I will only place the four I love and just have fomo on the other five.

Hey, that is the life of a gambler.

The Red Beard: MLB Bets

First Bet: Keep it coming

The last two nights I have bet the O’s on the run line against the White Sox, and both nights the O’s have ran away with the game scoring 9 runs in each outing.

Tonight will Kyle Gibson on the mound, why not back this team again. Hotter than fish grease taking on a cold, cold White Sox team. Dylan Cease will be on the mound tonight, however, he doesn’t put the fear of anything in me. He has not met his potential this season as a starter.

Give me the O’s for the third time in a row. (Orioles -1.5 +115)

Second Bet: Bassitt v Corbin

The Blue Jays will host the Nationals tonight, who have been surprisingly good as of late. The bigger surprise is that Patrick Corbin has been an elite pitcher the last 6 weeks or so. He will get the start for the Nats.

Chris Bassitt has been one of my favorite pitchers to back going back to his Oakland A’s days. I think this is the perfect spot to back the consistently inconsistent Blue Jays.

Give Toronto on the run line at home. (Blue Jays -1.5 -115)

Third Bet: Lord, Help me now

I am going to back the New York Yankees tonight. They have won two in a row and looking to make it three. Gerritt Cole is taking the mound to start for them, Cy Young favorite currently.

Also, they are playing the Detroit Tigers. Add all of this up and it almost feels like my hand is forced.

Give me the pinstripes on the road in Detroit. (Yankees -1.5 -125)

Fourth Bet: West Coast Showdown

The Dodgers host the Diamondbacks tonight, a real life big brother, little brother situation in the NL West.

Diamondbacks have a lot of promise this season, and have just fallen short of the mark by a few games. Still a chance to make a run, only being a half game back from the wild card spot.

However tonight, I am betting against them. Fading starting pitcher Brandon Pfaadt, who is 1-6 with an ERA close to 6.

Dodgers are looking their best right now, give them to me at home. (Dodgers -1.5 +115)

MLB Bets: Recap

Orioles -1.5 +115
Blue Jays -1.5 -115
Yankees -1.5 -125
Dodgers -1.5 +115
