Syracuse Basketball is now 3-0 under Adrian Autry after late game heroics. Trailing by five points late, the Orangemen led by Chris Bell and Judah Mintz.

Syracuse has been a high powered offense led by tempo and for a first time in decades, man to man defense. This team puts pressure on the opposite team and forces them to turn the ball over.

The Orangemen are a very talented, yet young team. Coming back from down 24 points in the second half is special. As of now the sky is the limit.

Syracuse Basketball Go Down 24 Points

Colgate held the lead for the majority of this game. Including a 16 point lead at the half. Which ballooned to 24 points early in the second half.

Even being down 10 with as little as 6 minutes left. Syracuse basketball just kept on fighting, eventually stealing the lead with a measly one minute left on the clock.

The Orangemen showed fight and no quit, coming back from a deficit like this early in the season. Where most teams would pack it in and get ready for the next one.

Every stat points to Colgate should of won this game. Yet don’t tell that to Chris Bell who scored 25 points and Judah Mintz who scored 23 points and dished out 8 assist.

This Syracuse basketball team will be a tough out come conference play.
