We are back for some Week 10 NFL action. There are a lot of close lines, so it looks to be another wild week in the NFL. Here are my plays for the Week 10 slate.

Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod and Captain By A Hook for my full breakdowns. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.

Straights

Colts moneyline  (-126)

The Colts have looked a lot better offensively ever since they got Shane Steichen as head coach. They have scored at least 20+ points in every single game and they are the only team to do that in the NFL right now. Meanwhile, the Patriots have struggled to score at points, and they’ve shown to be  having a really weird season. I am going to take the Colts to win overseas, as I see them out scoring the Patriots. The Colts defense got a boost in confidence last week, playing against Bryce Young, and I look for them to ride it.

Lions -3 (-112)

The Lions come into this game coming off a bye. They also look to get David Montgomery back in this game. Meanwhile, the Chargers have had two very good back to back games. I’ll look for the Lions to get back to who they were at the beginning of the season when they were riding Montgomery at the back. I’ll look for the run game to be that much better. Give me the Lions to win by more than a field goal.

49ers -3 (115)

The 49ers come into this game on a three game skid. They are coming off of bye, after suffering three straight losses. The addition of Chase Young should help out their defense, bringing some more life to it. I also look for Brock Purdy to be better in this game. The Jacksonville Jaguars have not been too bad this year, but they have struggled against better teams. Give me the 49ers.

Steelers -3 (-122)

The Steelers coming to this game wanna know when Matt Canada is on the field. Dolphins looked a lot better and seemed like things were clicking. Meanwhile, the Packers come in off a good win at home against the Rams. I look for the Steelers to defend home turf here and for the defense to get after Jordan Love. Give me the Steelers to win by more than a field goal at home in Week 10.
