Straights
Bills vs Broncos
Can Josh Allen put on the cape again? When it comes to pick a side in this game, I am simply just putting my faith in Josh Allen. If you’re looking at the overall team, I definitely think Denver has a better squad, especially with their defense. However, I just don’t know if I can trust Bo Nix fully. If the Broncos are able to establish the run, then they will give the Bills a lot of problems. The Jaguars were doing amazing in the run game last week, but it seems like Liam Coen got bored and they started to pass a little bit more than they probably should have. We also have the rest versus rust situation, as Denver had to bye while the Bills are coming off playing the game last week.
In total, this game basically comes down to one final question for me. Will the Broncos allow Buffalo to hang around? If Denver allows buffalo to hang around, then I think there’s a very good chance that we see Josh Allen be able to make some magic and be a hero again. If Denver is able to establish the run and keep possession on offense, then I think they’ll be able to win this game.
Official bet: Bills money line (+100)
49ers vs Seahawks
This feels like a bit too big of a number for a division game, especially since these two are playing for a third time now. In Week One, the 49ers won 17-13. In Week 18, Seahawks won 13-3. Regardless of a win or a loss, I just like for the 49ers to at least keep this within a touchdown this time around. I do think the 49ers have a good chance of winning this game, I am just a bit nervous with how banged up their defenses is. The defense has been playing good the last couple of weeks, but I’m scared of the chance that they turned into a pumpkin one of these upcoming weeks. When it comes to the Seahawks side, I just fully don’t trust in Sam Darnold. I understand he has played a lot better this year, but I still just cannot find myself to want to bet on the Seahawks.
If anything, I might try to get the Seahawks had a better number live. I do think there’s a chance of the Seahawks winning this home game, but with what the 49ers showed against the Eagles last week, it’s really hard to count them out. The key match up in this game will be the 49ers offense versus the Seattle Seahawks defense. If Seattle’s defense is able to do what they did in Week 18, then the Seahawks will be the team that wins this game.
Official bet: 49ers +7 (-112)
Props
I like this weekend‘s props a bit more than I did last weekend’s. However, due to how good Denver‘s defense is and how much they spread it around on offense, I won’t be taking too too much in that game. My focus will be on a couple of Bills props, and if I bet Broncos stuff it will most likely be live.
– Khalil Shakir over 50+ receiving yards (-125)
– Brandin Cooks over 29.5 receiving yards (-112) & longest reception over 16.5 (-120)
– Troy Franklin longest reception over 12.5 (-120)
– RJ Harvey rush over 56.5 yards (-112)
As for Seahawks and the 49ers, I like a bit more in this game on both sides. With this being the third game that these teams have played this year and with the injuries, I’m curious to see where production comes from for the 49ers. Seahawks wise, it comes down to how does Darnold run the offense.
– Brock Purdy over 19.5 rush yards (-112)
– Jake Tonges over 34.5 receiving yards (-112)
– Kyle Juszczyk over 13.5 receiving yards (-112)
– Christian McCaffrey over 115.5 rush & receiving yards (-114(
– AJ Barner over 28.5 recieving yards (-112)
Anytime touchdown scorers
Here are the guys I like to score on Saturday:
Josh Allen (-120), RJ Harvey (-130), Brandin Cooks (+490), Christian McCaffrey (-120), Jake Tonges (+310), Brock Purdy (+600), AJ Barner (+170), & finally *Zach Charbonnet (-105)*
* I might hedge Charbonnet with Kenneth Walker*
