It is the final week of the regular season, so that means that it is time for some College Football Rivalry Week. This is some teams final chance to make the Conference Championship games, while others look to make a statement or maybe a better bowl game.
Here are my plays for Black Friday Football Week 13.
Check out the latest episodes of the JCPod for my full breakdowns and analysis. All odds are a mix/the best number from FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.
Straights
Thursday
Navy +4.5 (-115)
I like for Navy to keep this game close against Memphis. Navy is a very tough team, and they have been able to play a lot of teams close this year. If Navy is able to get Memphis to play their game, then this should be a very tight game.
Friday
Texas A&M money line -124
I’m going to trust in this Texas A&M defense and in Marcel Reed. While I do think this will be a close game, I think the Aggie defense will be able to give Arch Manning and Texas enough issues to pull out a win by three plus points.
Saturday
North Texas -19.5 (-120)
I’ll look for North Texas to win this game by about 24+ points. If they win this game, they will be in the Conference Championship game with an eye on the College Football Playoffs. My only fear for this game is that the head coach will be going to Oklahoma State at the season ends. Assuming that does not distract the team, I look for North Texas to win this game big as they look to try and make the College Football Playoffs.
BYU -17.5 (-115)
This should be a game where BYU wins it big. UCF is in a different class than BYU, and a win would give BYU a trip to the Big 12 title game. I’ll look for them to win this game by 21+ points and leave no doubt.
Maryland +3.5 (-110)
This is Maryland‘s last chance to hit our season win total over.
We have needed one win since September 20th……
Michigan State and them are not too different of teams, so there is just a chance that Maryland might be able to pull it out. They have broken our heart all year long, however, so I am just gonna take them to cover the 3.5 points to be safe.
Notre Dame -31.5 (-120)
I’ll look for this to be a score of about 50-14 range. I think Notre Dame will put up a big score, as this will be their last chance to leave an impression before the picking of who makes it into the CFP.
Texas Tech -23.5 (-115)
If Texas Tech wins, they are in the Big 12 title game. West Virginia has been not the worst this year, but I think Texas Tech defense may just be a little bit too much for them. On the other side of the ball, I’ll look for Texas Tech’s offense to be able to wear down West Virginia’s defense. This should allow for them to pull away as the game goes on.
One bet I like that I haven’t pulled the trigger on is Vanderbilt moneyline. This is the one bet I’m not giving out but might take on the side.
Parnell’s Nasty Boy Parlay Play of the Day
This is our last chance to hit a nasty boy during the regular season. I was able to get odds of:
I was able to get odds of +974:
- UCF team total under 14.5 (-130)
- Alabama -5.5 (-118)
- Texas A&M money line (-124)
- Illinois -6.5 (-122)
Let’s have a DAY! PLEASE GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY!
